These terms govern your use of this website and general communications with us through it. They do not govern paid client engagements. Those are governed by a separate written service agreement, statement of work, or proposal accepted by both parties.

You may use the site for lawful purposes only. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with the site's operation, scrape content at scale, introduce malware, or use the site in any way that violates applicable law.

Content on this site is for general information only. It is not legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. Do not rely on it as a substitute for advice tailored to your situation.

The site, its design, text, graphics, and branding are owned by Dr. Data Decision Intelligence LLC or its licensors. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Systems we build for clients remain subject to the engagement agreement. Clients own their data and operational content as described in our Privacy Policy and their contract. Nothing on this site transfers ownership of client deliverables.

The site links to third-party services including Google Calendar for scheduling. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services you choose to use.

The site is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dr. Data Decision Intelligence LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dr. Data Decision Intelligence LLC from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the site or violation of these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and change the date above. Material changes will be flagged on this page for at least 30 days. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Waukesha County, Wisconsin, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
