Privacy Policy

This policy applies to drdatadecisionintelligence.com. It does not apply to systems we build and deliver to clients. Those are governed by the service agreement for that engagement, and in most cases the data in them never reaches us at all.

• When you contact us: name, email, company, phone if you provide it, and whatever you write in the message. Collected only because you typed it and sent it.
• When you book a call: whatever Google Calendar collects to place the appointment, under Google's own terms.
• When you visit: our host, Netlify, records standard server logs including IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamp. These are retained by our host and used for security and reliability.
• What we do not collect: we do not run advertising trackers. We do not run analytics. We do not build behavioral profiles. We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

To answer you, to schedule and prepare for conversations, to send information you asked for, to keep the site running securely, and to meet legal obligations. Nothing else.

Service providers who make the site work: our hosting provider (Netlify), our email provider, and our scheduling provider (Google Calendar). They process on our behalf under their own terms. We also disclose where legally required, or in connection with a business transfer, in which case this policy governs until replaced.

Enquiry correspondence: three years from last contact. Server logs: as retained by our host. Client engagement records are governed by the service agreement, typically the term plus three years.

Clients own their data, logs, configuration, and voice profile. It is exportable in a standard format at any time. No client's data is used to improve a system delivered to any other client. In a local deployment the system runs on the client's own hardware and their operational data does not reach us. Where a component is hosted, exactly what is hosted and what is retained is disclosed in writing before contracting.

You may ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email zubiam@drdatadecisionintelligence.com and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under state or foreign law, including access, correction, deletion, portability, and the right to opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in those laws. Exercising a right will never result in different treatment from us.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the sensitivity of what we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we do not claim otherwise.

The site is not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

We will post changes here and update the date above. Material changes will be flagged on the page for at least 30 days.
